The purpose of the First Methodist Preschool is to provide your children with educational experiences and quality care in a loving Christian environment. In this atmosphere, we want them to enjoy themselves while they learn to get along with others, use good manners, and show respect for others and their property. Our learning activities, materials, and teaching practices are developmentally appropriate and designed to build a love of learning and a foundation for success in school years ahead. Birth - 5th grade
We believe that teaching kids to love and to be loved is important. We think that the Bible should never be boring and we can have fun while learning! We want kids to see how God's Word fits into their everyday lives, learn to talk with Him, and build encouraging friendships that will last.
6th grade - 12 grade
Whether we're just hanging out, gone on a trip, or together at church, our focus is the same: We want to see everyone reach up to God, so that they can reach into His transforming love, and turn in to reach out to others. So reach up, reach in, and reach out. Thrive serves both middle and high school students.
Age 18 - 118
Wherever you are, or wherever your walk with Jesus is, the point is that there is always room to move - to grow - to press on along the pathway. We hope to help you select discipleship opportunities that fit where you are or where you are going.
Ministry for the whole family
Midweek is another opportunity for smaller groups, bible studies, an afternoon devotional, and a meal.
